Delivery Policy

Short version: All Kanyaah products are digital PDF files. You'll receive a download link by email within minutes of payment. There is no physical shipping.

Digital Delivery — How It Works

Kanyaah exclusively sells digital products (PDF ebooks). No physical goods are sold or shipped. Here's exactly what happens after you purchase:

Your payment is processed securely through our payment gateway.
Email sent instantly
A download link is emailed to your registered address within minutes.
Download your PDF
Click the link to download the PDF directly to your device.
Read anywhere
Open on any device — phone, tablet, laptop. No internet needed after download.

Delivery Timeframe

Download emails are sent immediately upon payment confirmation — typically within 2–5 minutes. In rare cases of high traffic or payment processing delays, it may take up to 30 minutes. If you haven't received your email after 30 minutes, please check your spam folder first.

What You Receive

  • A payment confirmation email with your order summary
  • A separate email with a secure PDF download link
  • The download link remains active for 30 days
  • Once downloaded, the PDF is yours to keep permanently

Compatible Devices

Kanyaah PDFs can be opened on any device that supports standard PDF files:

  • Android phones and tablets — use any PDF reader app (Google Files, Adobe Acrobat, etc.)
  • iPhones and iPads — opens natively in the Files app or iBooks
  • Windows and Mac computers — opens in any browser or PDF reader
  • Kindle and e-readers — transfer via USB or email to your device

If You Haven't Received Your Download

If you didn't receive the download email:

  • Check your spam or junk folder — delivery emails sometimes filter there
  • Ensure you entered the correct email address at checkout
  • Wait up to 30 minutes for payment processing to complete
  • If the issue persists, email us at hello@kanyaah.in with your order details

We will resend your download link within the hour of receiving your email.

No Physical Shipping

Kanyaah does not sell physical products. We do not ship anything by post or courier. There are no shipping charges, delivery slots, or courier tracking numbers. Everything is delivered digitally to your email address.
